Hold My Juice Yoto Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

By entering the Hold My Juice Yoto Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Hold My Juice, Inc., 56 Broad St STE 71924, Boston, MA 02109 ("Sponsor" or "Hold My Juice"). Questions about the Giveaway can be sent to hello@holdmyjuice.co.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or households, are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 1, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not be accepted. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both have an equal chance of winning.

Method 1 – In the app. During the Entry Period, complete both steps:

  1. Download the Hold My Juice app (free) from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

  2. Submit feedback about the app using the feedback form inside the app.

Method 2 – Free entry by email (no download required). Send an email to hello@holdmyjuice.co with the subject line "Yoto Giveaway Entry". Include your full name, email address, state of residence, and a few sentences on what you would want from an AI-powered family co-parenting app. Email entries must be received during the Entry Period.

Limit: one entry per person, regardless of method. Entries that are incomplete, late, automated, or submitted by anyone other than the entrant are void. Downloading the app is free; standard data or message rates from your carrier may apply. Signing up for the Hold My Juice newsletter is optional and does not affect your entry or your chances of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Yoto Mini (2024 Edition) audio player. Approximate retail value (ARV): $79.99. No cash or other substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Yoto is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this Giveaway.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner selection and notification

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about January 4, 2027, conducted by Sponsor.

The potential winner will be notified by email in January 2027 and must respond within seven (7) days. Sponsor may require the potential winner to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release before the prize is awarded. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. The prize will be shipped to the winner's US address within approximately 30 days of confirmation.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.

9. Apple and Google

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Giveaway, and any questions should be directed to Sponsor, not to Apple or Google.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Giveaway and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.holdmyjuice.co/privacy. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

11. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before that action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical malfunctions of any kind.

12. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
